Lily Allen

I missed the gig she did in Bournemouth so managed to get a pass for her end of tour gig at the Brighton Centre. I was shooting for Ilikemusic and as ever the production was great. Again her "Its Not Me Its You" album has to be one of my favs of the year

Yeah Yeah Yeahs

One of the best bands around, so it was great to get to photograph them. Karen O has such amazing stage presence and the lighting for the gig was amazing. Their album It’s Blitz! Is one of my favs of the year.

Will remember this gig for along time, as I was so ill! They were performing at Southampton Guildhall and the crowd was certainly up for it. Lighting was not the best, but managed to get some great black and white images to give it a more vintage feel. Not really been a fan of Pete Docherty, but he actually rocked it.

Audio Bullys

I was comissioned to shoot the new Audio Bullys press shots and album cover, which is released in the Spring. Tom and Simon were really cool to work with and the whole day was good fun. The next day I covered their live event at Koko in Camden as they needed shots to use on their website. I will put up the album cover when it has been designed and signed off.

Pioneer/Space Calendar 2010 Competiton

During the last few months I have been putting news up about the new Pioneer/Space calendar that I shot during the summer months in Ibiza. Good news that its came back from the printers last week and it looks great. The calendar features live shots of Djs and clubbers at both theopening and closing parties at Space in Ibiza. The print run is 20,000 and it is distributed through out the world to all the dedicated Pioneer dealers. Customers who buy a Pioneer product will also get a calendar to go with their purchase. Its great exposure for me as the whole thing is all my work. I am very proud with the outcome.

Pretty Green Launch Party

Was really chuffed to get this job. It was to shoot guests arriving at the Pretty Green launch party, which is Liam Gallagher's new clothing label. The event was held at the Gore Hotel, which was situated between Knightbridge and Kensington. The guest list featured Liam Gallagher, Nicole Appleton, Ricky Hatton, Kasabian, Richard Ashcroft, Holly Willoughby, The Prodigy, Miles Kane, Gem and Andy from Oasis and many more. The venue was superb and a good night was had by all.

This was a gig at Southampton Guildhall and i was shooting for ILikeMusic. The production for the gig was great and i managed to get some cool images. Editors are touring promoting their new album "In The Light Of This Evening"

Calvin Harris

Again this gig was shot at O2 Academy in Bournemouth. I was shooting for ILikeMusic and Calvin's management company. It was cool because the venue is an amazing old theatre and with an AAA pass I managed to get stage access. I got some great images from behind the artist, who was very impressive live.

Petter And The Pix

I was commissioned from the record label Gung Ho! to photograph the band Petter And The Pix for press and their upcoming album. We did the shoot in their break they had whist they were performing on Later With Jools Holland. We shot it in Holland Park and thank god it did not rain as the weather that day had been terrible. Really nice guys too!

Deadmau5 is really getting a name for himself at the moment, so it was great to get a photo pass for his gig at the O2 Academy in Bournemouth. Was a great show and the crowd were well up fo it.

Foreign Beggers - London

I had to go up to London to shoot a quick shoot for the website who wanted to have some pics taken to go with their interview with Foreign Beggars, who are one of the most prolific and versatile Hip Hop outfits to emerge from the UK. Consisting of MC’s Metropolis and Orifice Vulgatron, Producer Dag Nabbit, Human Beat boxer Shlomo and DJ Nonames.

With roots ranging from jazz and classical training, to years of writing recording and performing hip hop, death/power-metal and drum & bass the group’s varied experiences combine to create one of the most explosive live rap showcases on the planet.

They were just about to do a sound check at Fabric for their album launch, but I grabbed them for a very very quick shoot. I Wanted to get a bit of fun out of the guys and I decided to use ringflash to get that punchy look.
